Hi _Nite_, Known bug, reported to TB and Aleks1970. I cheat, after the teleport should be there, I just use the ESC-F2 teleport. The Agroprom to Swamp teleport is also missing. that bit is what made me think the teleport showed up after you used the teleport command, read it again and you can see why I was confused. | |

Ah, interesting, thank you. I must keep missing (or forgetting!) that reward description. I generally pick up the- Spoiler:
teleporters and stealth suit when I look for Strelok's PDA, so I always assumed that they were part of that mission.

Some hoarding is natural until you've played through the entire game a few times, but my goal is to minimize accumulation. I do accumulate artifacts, mutant parts and mutant/anomaly spawn capsules. I temporarily hoard items I need or know I will need for quests (like food for the deserter to get Miser his herb). I may keep a few items of nostalgia, such as the copy of Strelock's rifle. Most everything else gets sold. If you don't like having a lot of money, try being benevolent and dropping exo's and good weapons in the rookie village in Cordon or other "needy" NPC areas. It's pure joy to watch the rookies clean the clock of the military because the rookies have them outgunned The game does NOT like a large number of items, this can cause crashes when limits are reached. When you loot, NPC rarely have more than a few items. There's a reason for this and it's not just to make the game challenging. I clean up battlefields, but stash weapons and other stuff onto dead NPC so system cleanup removes the extras from the game count. No need to hoard most items, selling is OK though. I may have missed a few things. Again, this is my style of play. I really can't help a lot if you want to play using large accumulations of weapons, etc except to remind you the issues some are reporting about doing so. I've been through hoarding cycles but as I gain comfort in where the game will take me I've tended to go minimalist but with maximum firepower. And TBH haven't noticed any problem with doing so. That is how i like to play this game, it is a collectors game, that's why it's called S.T.A.L.K.E.R. right. i love the game Stalkersoup, i love what the guys are doing to make this game better, but, my feeling over this game is, if i had the brain to do modding, i will reduce the anomalies to about 30%, bring in shooters of all fictions 30% or more in the maps, reduce the sale pricing coast for items, keep the cost for buying the same as it is ok, and it will be a more balanced game. at the moment the ANOMALIES are over powering the game, there is no gunfights in the zone like in all the oraguanal stalker games, a los, as the ZONE is about the environment and other stalker, military, monolith soldiers and so on, trying to get you, but as i said, the anomalies has overpowered the zone, there is no gunfights between you and other fictions, and don't come and say, yes there is, just go a make enemies with them. How mayne stalker, military, monolith soldiers and so on have you seen in your game play walking around looking for a easy pick, the only places i have seen is NPP, Generators, and they are just strolling around, the dump, cordon, bandits occupying a building or a spot. Bring the movements of other fictions back like the oraguanal stalker games. Please, don't get me wrong, i'm not bad mouthing the game or any one, just sharing my views on the game. Are you planning to go online with stalkersoup, bloody good idea if you are, but, as it is, 500 players a day online, collecting, staching, the load will crash, but just think of all the gunfights over area contrale lol, well, lets just dream over it for now, maybe one day it will go online, i'll most probably be 85 then lol, Game on budy, hehehehehe, now where's me walking stick. Nice to chat with you all, i'm off to finishing the collectors free play mode, got 4 maps to go to.
I usually line seven or eight locked stash bags on the ledge at the back of the flat roof above the Arena entrance. I may be tempting fate here, but so far I haven't had any problems.
I keep food, medkits etc. in the first bag, artefacts and mutant parts in the second, weapons and suits that I like to swap out occasionally for variety in the third, then ammo, quest items, scopes and silencers, documents, a spare bag for miscellaneous items, and finally unwanted weapons/outfits to use for repairs or sale. There is also keep a pile of dropped items that won't stash, e.g. Playboys, 'special' PDAs and that annoying grenade you pick up in the Swamp. Hi pchester, I used to stash in the Dark Valley as I think it has the most blue boxes, but since the glitch in 1.10019, my MO stashes in the A.W. as that too has several bins, a drainhole cover and 3 logs for locks. - Spoiler:
It is also handy for stashing before L.H. Also once the multi coloured slab arrives, AW becomes a handy central area. Safe if you jump onto the ladder not walk towards it

When you give it to him, the PDA should appear in the small cave at the back of the cavern with the sloping floor and the Labyrinth transition in the corner.

that bit is what made me think the teleport showed up after you used the teleport command, read it again and you can see why I was confused. Sorry, _Nite_, but I don't see. That said, we all see and interpret things differently, and this is just one example. No biggie, not worth more forum space. Was this at a transition? I sometimes get a CTD at a transition if my MO has even a minor unhealed bone fracture. No idea why, but I assume that there is some test that it fails when the new map loads. As the fracture is embedded in my save game I can't load the autosave, but if I temporarily set 'use_bone_fracture' to 'false' in the Modders Script it allows me to continue. | |

No it happened when I loaded a quicksave at the top of the ladder exiting the x16 exit pipe just after I got the photo of the controller for Maples mission.
I never had this crash anywhere else yet
I sent aleks my gamesave btw at the same location cause I also had a bug where if you kill the controller for maples mission it duplicates the photo of it and spams the SMS dialog

| Had this on the dead city map once (my gamesave was corrupted) had to redo the the dead city missions all in one gameplay session to prevent it happening again

When I arrived from Garbage, there was a Duty soldier (Bullet) and a wounded bandit, as usual. I followed Bullet, killed the 2 bandits, talked to Max Lubero, then to Bullet, then to Max again. I then ran to rescue the wounded bandit but he had disappeared. Yes, vanished. No body, no nothing.
I'll reload the autosave and test again. | |

When I arrived from Garbage, there was a Duty soldier (Bullet) and a wounded bandit, as usual. I followed Bullet, killed the 2 bandits, talked to Max Lubero, then to Bullet, then to Max again. I then ran to rescue the wounded bandit but he had disappeared. Yes, vanished. No body, no nothing.
I'll reload the autosave and test again.
Happy New Year papanoel, the glitch in the Dark Valley if it's the exit/entrance one has been reported and is hopefully going to be sorted in the upcoming update. With the wounded bandit he needs to be healed as soon as Bullet heads off, for it to work. - Spoiler:
It doesn't matter if he is later killed as long as it isn't by Bullet which sometimes has happened because he sometimes has headed towards the factory behind where your ambush occurs, and Bullet has run after him I have never experimented to see if once the bandit has been healed, he can be shot and if everyone stays friendly, but a hardsave after the healing might be of interest and prevent him interfering with the ambush, so if it doesn't work, you can reload to get back to the same place. If you try this, please post the result

| Thanks TrueB. Actually that's what I tried and it worked. Max has been rescued and bandits are friendly.
About the stack overflow crash: Once I got the key from Borov, I exited the bandit base through the main gate. A few seconds later a CTD occured and the log was about the same than before. I reloaded a save just after getting the key and this time exited through this kind of above ground tunnel. No CTD. | |

You are probably right because after uninstalling the stalkersoup i still found some files on my c drive (i installed the game on d drive). I managed to fix it by installing the version i deleted and then updating the game through game files. | |

Hi Strelok981, that weapon is a new one added by patch 19.1. So, sounds like you have an incomplete, or problem with the upgrade. Did you upgrade using the \STALKERSOUP\UpdateSS.exe, or through the Launcher? You can also download the update at [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.] and manually re-install it. I used "S.T.A.L.K.E.R Mod Tool" to extract folders from gamedata.d... that contain trader, weapon... and put in gamedata folder. The problem was I didn't extract folders from gamedata.dbv1 (patch 19.1. ) and put them in the gamedata folder, and that caused the problem. Everything is OK now. | |

| From the error message I would guess that there is a bugged NPC (stalker_bandit_4) nearby. Try using the ESC-F2 teleport menu from X-18 to dvalley (takes you to the bandit base) and you might be far enough away not to be affected. Or you could avoid Dark Valley altogether by jumping directly to another map. Then avoid the area around X-18 for a while and hopefully he will move on or despawn. | |

| Did you enter the Hospital through the ravine leading from the Limansk transition? The Modified Heart of the Poltergeist and the Water Flower are transformed as you pass through the small courtyard in front of the entrance. If you teleport into the Hospital you miss this transition point. You must be holding the Modified Heart of the Poltergeist II and the Purple Flower, before the Black Doctor wil have more to say. | |

| I hope i'm in the right section, if i don't, apologise.
I'm stuck in Step 10 on the instalation. My Stalkersoup folder don't have 45 folders, only 38. Already downloaded it 3 times from Google Driver link, instaled 3 time too, but idk what is wrong. Now i'm donwloading the Torrent version to see if works. Oh, and i'm using W10, and already done the tips on the W10 section.
There is any idea to why it's only 38 not 45 folders after instalation?

Just checking, but did the installer you downloaded have 12 files (including the Verifier), and did they all add up to 7.22Gb (7,757,576,194 bytes)?
