Glitch in inventory after uploading to 1.1.0019.5

Glitch in inventory after uploading to 1.1.0019.5 , i did reinstall the game and install the game again and same thing .

Need more information. What kind of glitch?

If it helps, F12 takes a screenshot and places it in your STALKERSOUP\_appdata_\screenshots folder

thanks for reply yes you right i should do that and it left my thinking about . but the problem get into a different way of other problems that i had no clue so ill try to resume all what happened step by step.
1/ i was playing  on version v1.1.0019.1 and i download the new version game v1.1.0019.5 and when i start the game i noticed the music of shadow of Chernobyl in main menu and i load old saves and see glitches in inventory as its every item in my menu was mess artifacts where showing as bullets an my simple stalker suite was showing as half of scientific suite suite with artifacts with it ,and my rifle was showing as arrows , it was just a mess .
2/ after that i restart a new game same thing nothing change .
3/ in the end i exit game an when i lunch again it start as from oldest patch old intro of stalkersoup and it crash on start a game , ill upload a screenshot now 
4 i uninstall the game and delete every content an every folder has a stalkersoup game an install it again it was the same thing ,  
ill try to reinstall 3rd time and do a screen shot .

Did you follow the instructions in the Installation Guide here?

1.10019.5 requires a few extra files,to prepare for the update

Also, when you uninstall the game in preparation for reinstalling, you also need to get rid of every last registry entry

thank you ill check the guide again and as soon as i install the game ill make sure to tell you the results , thanks again.

That is an odd one. Assuming that you are near the start of your game, you shouldn't even have some of the outfits shown.

As you probably know, the three 2x2 boxes at the very top should be for your binoculars, knife and head lamp; and the 4x2 box below them is your pistol slot.

You are playing the current game version (1.1.0019.5), so I don't think that is the problem.

Have you tried double-clicking the icons to return the items to your inventory? It is possible that you have the correct items equipped, but the displayed icons are wrong for some reason. 

Try using your knife with number key [1], pistol with [2] and binoculars with [5] and see if they work.

You could also try spawning new items into your inventory (see below), then double-click them to see if they load into the correct slots and display correctly.

ESC+S spawn menu:

Weapons tab:
  anything from the COLD STEEL or HANDGUNS sections

Items tab:
  DEVICES section:
    Head Light
    Binoculars

I would advise you to change the old interface to a newer one with different masonry than the old one, here's an example of such a thief or another one that should be slightly different, so it doesn't look like it!
