Ive reached the part where according to the guide i should get a quest to go get an artifact from maples, get a quest for a doll from fly and talk to fang by the hermits campfire in recon. I get the sms for the quest but i cant talk to fly or fang and when i go see maples in warlab he has nothing to say. Is this a known issue or just me?
I have completed all other quest lines according to the guide.

i lived same issue. i started from old save before talk fang. again follow them until to campfire.
