No transition to Army Warehouses

After doing X-16 I delivered the documents to Barkeep but I still don't have a teleport to X-16

im having same issue, he never gave me the flash drive and i cant just use the teleport menu to go to army warehouses, even with completing whatever. any save i make afterwards wont load up, how can i spawn his flash drive? i checked everything in esc+S(pawn) menu
kruglov was glitching up really bad when he had to walk through the tunnel and i had to walk back to him through all the fire anomalies 3 times and third time he started walking towards me, can i hack the gamefiles and add kruglovs flashdrive to the spawn menu maybe?

so in another thread im seeing that i have to look for bar_ecolog_flash
no such thing in my spawn menu
so i went to yantar and i found nothing related to kruglovs flashdrive either
cant i bypass the flashdrive by knowing what mission im ending with the guy at the bar?

bar_ecolog_flash is in the BAR-ROSTOK section of the Items tab on the ESC-S spawn menu.

Alternatively you can use the ESC-F4 menu and type in the item name bar_ecolog_flash and it will appear on the ground near you.

Hi, When I last played Level 0, the transition to Army Warehouses could be bought from the Informant who stands to the left of the bar. He also sells other information including on Yantar.

Snitch still sells the AW transitions ... for a mere 100,000Ru.

Good news then!
I am stuck in Collector Yantar with no sack, now sorted with thanks pchester.
My MO would pay 100,000ru out of his current 3,000,000ru. Though I thought someone else gives the Army Warehouse transition for free?
