There is no Skin artefact recipe

i took from cordon military base to recipe despite there is not artifact recipe.
how can obtain this recipe with other way. spawn menu???

I thought it was the one on the couch upstairs, but the game guide says it is on a table in the barracks.

The game allows for recipe experimentation. If you don't have a recipe in your encyclopaedia, but learn it by trial-and-error (or you know it from a previous game or from a game guide! ) you can use the recipe and it will be added to your recipe list. There is a list of recipes in the Game Guides section on this forum.

NB: "learning" a recipe before you are supposed to shouldn't harm your game, but it may make it less enjoyable.
