| Hi, I started Collector and just got the Cordon ones, before going off to do the others ie the majority of ZEP and the beginning of Gold Bars, but when I followed pchester's walkthrough which is correct, I was unable to find the stash. Is there an infoportion for getting to the next location please, and one for getting the items in the first stash. I have got the notes in Cordon. Iam up to where the stash is in one of three locations. On my last playthrough it was there. Thanks and regards, TrueB. | |

| Hi TrueB, I assume that you mean the first set of three 'Collector' stash locations that are given in the first note that you find - Spoiler:
on top of the tunnel to DV. I have just played through this section several times and eventually found the stash in all three places. The backpack isn't easy to see, especially in the tree near the military outpost (despite the marker mushroom I always have trouble finding the right tree!), so are you sure you haven't just missed it?
As you probably know, picking up each stash spawns the next, so reloading a save from before you picked up the previous stash may spawn the next in a different location. However, if you have played through ZEP and GB in the meantime, I suspect that you don't want to do that...
As to your actual question, you can spawn in each backpack using the ESC-F4 menu and entering val_taynik_2 where 2 is the number of the stash - 1 being the one over the tunnel mouth, 2 being Cordon, etc. The backpack with contents will appear on the ground near you. Picking it up should spawn the next stash, in this case the one in the Dump.

IMO that backpack in the tree wins the prize for the most difficult to find, even using the walkthrough... And the nomination for worst clue of all was - wait for it... 'A faraway red truck...'! I mean, faraway from where, and in what direction??? Hopefully the rewritten clues for 1.10020 should make these stashes, and all the others, more straightforward to find. They're still challenging, but not quite so impossible...

| the treasure hunt was created by dAVROs and is meant to be very criptic and difficult and the clues should stay pretty much the way they are or it ruins his work and intentions which I promised him I would not do, sorry. | |

Hi pchester, Once again your knowledge of the game and your generosity in sharing it has come to my rescue and my MO's too. Thank you for your kind help. Best wishes, TrueB. ************************************************* - TecnoBacon wrote:

Hi TB, there are sufficient guide interpretations to help players. I know the locations, but if the items are not showing up, then having the infoportion allows players to move to the next puzzle. I recall the Davros issue. Thanks for your comment as it makes things understandable. Best wishes, TrueB.
