Sorry, but not yet. RLife has severely affected the development team over the past year, we're still awaiting the next patch, and a second draft of all the text files is yet to be completed

We'll probably see a move to releasing software and dialogue patches for the game separately, to ease the pressure and aid development

We're not alone. I recently read a comment from the developer of another S.T.A.L.K.E.R. mod, which basically said 'Sorry, but there's been no further update to our mod. We're in Ukraine, and we have no electricity...'
But I'm hoping that 2024 will bode better for our favourite game  flower
