Cyclops stashes.

Hello.

Does anyone have any ideea where the following stash is?

"the cache is on a tree near to that
Where the service was born once by the sentry
nearby the car empty costs
on rails coming to an end
.............."

I was thinking Cordon, radioactive rail, next to the derailed engine that has a teleporter next to it. An there is a downed tree nearby.

Is this the correct location?

P.S. Also, where exactly is the stash in bloodsucker village that Cyclops mentions?

P.S.2: And the tools for Sage in Southern Pripyat, anyone knows where they are?
