| My first issue is all my cash I built up in Lvl 0 disappears and the third stash I can't find. Looked in all three spots and nothing. HELP!!! | |

| Sorry to hear about your problems, Sivad. They are both unusual - we occasionally hear about Collector stashes not spawning, but I have never heard of money vanishing apart from one scripted event. As you are still close to the start of Level 1, I suggest reloading a save from the end of Dead City and trying again. (I can't remember where the autosave points are, but if it puts you back before the end fight you could - Spoiler:
switch on 'God' mode in the options, ignore the enemy fighters and head straight for Lightning, then find Spark's note, then the exit...)

You should be able to find more than enough loot to sell to keep you going, but if not you can spawn in some expensive items like exo suits and sell them to a trader with infinite money - like Sid. (If you are spawning in heavy items, remember to stand close enough to trade as you may be weighted down and not be able to move!)
As for the stash, you say it is the third one, so I assume it is the one in the Dump. Stashes are spawned when you find the previous one, so if you reload a game from before picking up stash 2 it may spawn stash 3 correctly or in a different location.
If that doesn't work, you can spawn in stash 3 by using the [ESC]+[F4] menu and entering val_taynik_3. The backpack should appear on the ground near you.
