|  Subject: Game crash from the Launcher  Tue 9 Apr 2019 - 18:22 | |
| Today, after 2 days off game I started the game as usual and i got a Windows pop-up with the following: "Engine not found, please insure this application is in your STALKERSOUP folder" I've checked the folder and nothing has changed since the instal... The disk can be accessed and read so I don't know what happened. (noo... re-installing, noooo) EDIT: seems it happenned also here: [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]but engine XR_3DA is in the following folders: bin, bin_DX11, bin_DX11 extended. Clicking on this files doesn't work either (a Stalker bug-trap window appear but i can't read it) | |

Clicking on this files doesn't work either (a Stalker bug-trap window appear but i can't read it) Create screenshots for folders: bin, bin_DX11, bin_DX11 extended that we can see them here. PS. Please use/set a detailed view for the folders. | |

| [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]I included main folder, but in mosaic mode. Hope it works. Xtra info: -in Main folder there is a file: stalkersoup.dat (1 Kb). Modification date is when the error happenned. I tried several times to start the game to no avail. -in tb3d folder there is a (suppossed) txt file (tb3d_launcher_dx11e) containg this string: D3D Mode Command Thanks ! I noticed that you still have a gamedata.dbv1 file - download a new patch: [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]install a new patch and try again... | |

It's happening again !!
I started Collector .. I'm in Cordon, quit playig after finding the first document in Rookie Village.
Now trying to get back to the Zone... launcher crashes again.
edit: I changed DX9 to DX11x and game launches but then i get a msg: my video card doesn't meet game requeriments: Pixel Shader 1.1 or higher.
Never happened before.
I have Nvidia GTX 1050Ti with latest driver .
edit2: last lines in crash log
NV-DBT supported and used
error is visor.h(3,10-41): error X1507: failed to open source file: 'shared\ShaderSettingsVisor.txt'
Can't compile shader combine_2_AA

| I had a similar problems because I had old scripts in /stalkersoup/gamedata/scripts. Maybe try removing any scripts if you have them. | |

I tried the solution proposed above by td3005 but it didn't work. I don't know if should re-install again the last update... I think I should remove it first but again I don't know how to proceed! At least I could complete level 0  | |
