| So I get the 2 pics go back to maple and MO says
He saw the zombie back I never found them, do they have any story impact I need to be aware of | |

| Yes, this Zombie is important for the next section of the game. You are supposed to find him when you leave X-16 with the photos, but as far as I know he should still be there if you return to Maples first. If not, you may need to replay your save game from after taking the second photo. - Spoiler:
His name is Black Sea, and he should be standing at the northeast corner of the main building above X-16 - the corner with the fencing around the large pipes and a tall, rusty tank.
Black Sea sometimes gets distracted by nearby mutants and may chase after them, but he seldom goes far. Check your minimap/Bioradar for a white dot close to that corner.
