Agroprom underground teleport

I have gone through the teleporter at the ladder to strelok's stash, then I went up the stairs with the soldiers and got a message to look elsewhere, and then from the room with the bloodsuckers I got teleported to the electrical anomaly tunnel and got a message to go through the tunnel...but there's nothing there. Nothing happens.

I have run all over the map over and over, I don't know if I'm bugged or what.


EDIT: For anybody who has the same problem, I loaded the auto save for the underground and did the exact same thing as described, and this time it worked and the teleport was there at the end of the tunnel.

I don't know why it didn't work before, but a do-over is how it was solved.
