Game cannot run on my computer

Hello everyone. It has been awhile since I have posted but I just wanted to confirm my understanding of things now. Because I have only one internal drive c: and windows 10 I am unable to play this game ? I have an external usb drive but this is not acceptable either ?

Download microsoft visual c++ redistributable 2010;

Are you able to repartition your C:\ drive, using a free program like Aomei Partition Manager?

Are you able to add another drive onto an internal SATA port?

It is possible to use an external USB drive, but not recommended, so let's try these first two options before considering it
