Hi, I am unsure when the message arrives but MO gets a message to meet etc, loners in the cemetery. Each of several times my MO has raced into the cemetery, all the loners are dead. In my opinion: this is contrary to the spirit of the message, & a legitimate use of the Revive option; however, and this has been happening as long back as I recall, clicking on the Revive option either revives dead NPCs or crashes the game.
I hope as the game heads towards 1.10020, that perhaps either the Revive option can be improved or removed. Other circumstances where it is useful is where an essential character is killed, or they could be made immortal as perhaps Sidorovich and Barkeep are. Another instance is the frequent total deaths of the ATP good loners who advance without using cover nor crouching, at bandits which latter do take cover in returning fire. If some of the loners survive, it would be very helpful later. 
On the occasions where my MO has equipped the dead NPCs in the first example in this comment, with sufficient fire power etc, some when revived, went on to survive. It is possible to revive them all by positioning MO in the centre of them, but equally possible to CTD the Game. I do hope this can be remedied. Thanks and Regards TrueB
