Perfumer doesn't appear after picking up Spark's note

I Have meet ligthning in deadcity and have sms from her, after it i got sms from perfumer to take sparks note in hq building when i go to hq and find the note i gotsms from perfumer,  he can came to the hqm but the problem is perfurmer wasn't appear in hq and i serch to his place he was dissapear it s have bug or something

The problem is done i have fix it, but there a new problem the dialog doesn't appear when i have bought the papper

Perfumer not appearing is another known bug. Fortunately you can just ignore him and follow Spark's coordinates to find the exit.

Do you mean Perfumer's dialogue when you find Spark's note? As above, ignore it and follow Spark's coordinates to the exit.

Yes, I mean the dialogue. I saw on youtube one of the guys playing solyanka and he took the note and got the dialog. anywhere thank you for the instructions good hunting stalker
