hello,

I need to find him, to get the mission for the "artefact transmutation device", is it possible, that I kill him at the beginning under the railbridge in cordon?

Any Idea how to get the mission, or where I can find him?

Not every NPC marked as an enemy (red dot in the minimap) in StalkerSoup is actually hostile, and it is not advisable to attack them unless you are sure they are hostile to you. Treat them with respect and eventually they may become friendly, which can bring its own benefits.

Kuznetsov is always under the railway bridge on the Rookie Village side. He occasionally moves a short way away to chase off any bandits who get too close, but even then he is easy to find - try your PDA's contact list if you aren't sure. Kuznetsov's task is the only way to obtain the Transmutator by 'legal' means. Kuznetsov will also upgrade military outfits, and (if you have enough vodka) will trade for some useful gear.

If you killed the Bridge Soldiers earler, then you almost certainly killed Kuznetsov, as he doesn't appreciate his squad being shot. If you aren't too far beyond that point, I suggest loading an earlier save and playing through it again, this time approach peacefully, talk to Kuznetsov (or the soldier on the other side) and do Kuznetsov's tasks.

After the x 18 psi task is over, the transmutator task of the kuznetsov will be opened.
For the task you will need at least 10 vodka.
You will talk to a soldier in the agroprom, then wait for that soldier to go to the other soldiers.
The message will come after a while. of soldiers who are now drunk
Go to him and talk to the commander and take the vault behind the tree to kuznetsov.
