| Hello there! A Canadian STALKER here. Been playing the game since sometime after 2010/2011 (I remember playing FO3 and FO:NV before finding out about STALKER) Been enjoying the series ever since and I hope to have fun with this modpack STALKERSOUP (especially if I can get access to all the new area's at some point) We'll see how this goes but for the most part, this is my introduction I guess Have a good day and happy hunting STALKER! | |

| Hi nekomaster, welcome to StalkerSoup! I hope you enjoy your time with us. StalkerSoup is a work-in-progress, but there is still a lot for you to do... and don't worry, you will get to visit all of the maps eventually.
If you have any questions, please feel free to ask and we will do our best to help you.
See you in the Zone...

| Hi nekomaster, and welcome to StalkerSoup! I hope you'll find it, as others have done, enjoyable for more mature and experienced Stalkers... However, as there are several hundreds of hours involved in the game, if you're in it for the long haul I'd like to advise that there's a new patch coming soon - a full Covid year in the making - and you'll need to start the game afresh to incorporate all the new changes and enjoy it at its fullest But don't let this put you off from continuing. You'll most likely get more out of it the second time around, and count the first time as a 'practice'... | |

Well I'm just starting out and while I've been playing STALKER for over a decade now, each new modpack comes with its own gameplay changes that makes for a new challange. So by the time that update comes out I'll probably be wanting to restart anyways. ALSO I really do prefer a long term game these days unlike others as they get older and buissier with life, I dont have the money or motivation to keep hunting down new games that only last 8-20 hours. I look forward to enjoying a long game with STALKERSOUP if what you say is true. | |
