Problem with 100 Rads technicians

have a problem with 100 rad scientists. I am not accepted by pda to look for stalkers or identify mutants. in the inventory I have about 150 pda of soldiers and bandits but the scientist tells me to come back when I have found them. bug or am I wrong something?

Do you have the correct type of PDAs? They must be Military PDAs (called "MIL PDA" in your inventory) and not the ordinary, smaller PDAs that everyone carries. Also, for the mutants, make sure you are carrying the required number of mutant body parts. That should be all you need.

That may be the problem, as the game is now at version 1.1.0019.1. I can't remember what was in v1.1.0015 and what has been changed since then, but I would suggest updating your game to the current version. You should have the game updater program UpdateSS.exe in your main STALKERSOUP folder. Running this periodically will automatically apply any updates. If your game is already up-to-date, it will tell you so.

May I ask how you got version 1.10015, please, as this is years old and totally obsolete?

First of all thanks for the assistance. I downloaded the files from modddb. now i downloaded version 19 with the update but i tried to run the installer and it tells me "runtime error (at 175: 1595) list index ouf of bounds. should i download stalkersoup from another source?

You'll need to uninstall your game completely, down to registry level, and your current saves will be of no use, I'm afraid

nfortunately I fear you are right. I have already tried to reinstall the game by downloading only the installer but always from moddb and updating it with the update to 19. unfortunately I am at the beginning in the cordon and sidorovich does not give me the repair box after the nimble mission also the pda found (all bandits and stalkers) are not seen in the inventory. normal. You now get the repair kit as a reward for a different task a bit later in the game.

The standard PDAs that everyone carries do not appear in your inventory. This is because the player currently has no use for them (although that may change later) and TecnoBacon wants keep player inventories as small as possible to minimize possible game memory issues. The rarer "Military PDAs" required by Associate and others do appear in your inventory.

Which language did you use in the installer?

now English, first Italian.
