2 pending missions

Despite I'm finishing Caesiar's I have a couple of pending missions in my PDA with some issues about them:

1. Returning the gun to the Lone in 100Rads: while searching for info when stuck in the game months ago... I stumbled upon a webpage (russian if i'm not wrong) that Duty or some other factions (maybe mercs or monos) ask you for a mission to deliver that same rifle.
Any one recalls this? or am I mixing mods?
Anyway... I couldn't get that second mission to deliver that rifle for the second time. I don't know what triggers it.

2. In my first visit in the launderette in East Pripyat I talked to the mechanic there and he tasked me finding some tools for him. Taking the easy and obvius way I searched the same places where tools are located in STALKER CoP but found nothing.
Surprinsingly I have searched this forum and found no topics/replies about this quest.

So.. any hint ?

Great ... now I found the tools... there's no mechanic to deliver the tools while in the Storm


btw.. found Brome's gun but... my previous point was referred to Hunter instead of Brome. Again... somewhere I read another faction will ask for Hunter's rifle ... but maybe I'm confusing mods!
