Collector Stash in BAR (Rostok)

Hi all irradiated Stalkers,

Continuing my journey in SS I get in trouble finding the stash in Radar.
I have looked in all the 3 positions showed in the SS Walkthrough but don't find the stash.

In location 1 I found an UV mushroom but no Rucksack. Nothing in other 2 positions ...

I have searched all around the place but nothing appears !

Any help appreciated !

Hi PapyStalker.
I have never known Collector stashes to fail to spawn, so first I would suggest making sure you are looking in the right places. (The backpack above the tank can be hard to see against the rocks even if it is there!) The pictures in the walkthrough are a bit small (this will be improved in the coming update) but there are larger and clearer versions in this older document here:

If you are sure that there is nothing at two locations, return to a save from before picking up the previous stash (Army Warehouses). You already know where that one is, and picking it up again will cause the game to spawn the Radar stash again - and this time it might be in a different location.

If all else fails, you can use the ESC+F4 menu to spawn the stash - enter

and the backpack should appear on the ground near you. If the new clue is to Pripyat, you have the correct stash.

Thank you for your fast reply.

I had reloaded a save before taking the Stash in Dark Valley. Same problem occurs cannot find stash in Rostok/Bar area in any of the 3 locations.

So I used your Spoiler to continue my quest. I got the Rucksak and the highly radioactive "Joker" Artifact. Regarding the walkthrough the next area to visit is "Wild Territory" but the TIP for the next area is Pripyat !!! and in my inventory the previous TIP to Dark Valley does not disappear. So now I have 2 TIP Letter that is a non sense.

Any ideas ?

Sorry PapyStalker, your message confused me.

In your title you say "Collector Stash in Bar (Rostok)", but in your message text you say "Continuing my journey in SS I get in trouble finding the stash in Radar."

Apparently I gave an answer to the wrong one.

The stash before Rostok is Dark Valley, and the next is Wild Territory. My previous suggestions stand, except that the Rostok stash is
