I can't open the game...

i downloaded game this site
i installed update 1.1.0019 and 1.1.0019.5
i get this error.

From where did you download the 1.10012 base files?

Did you follow the latest version of the Installation Guide [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]?

If so, at which numbered point in the Guide did you get the error?

What operating system are you using, and which version? I.e. Windows 10 Home version

Next, did you use the Installation Guide to install the game, and what Windows system are you using, please?

i did format my computer. i installed win 10 home. not anything change.

At which numbered stage of the Installation Guide did the game first not start, with the first error bug message, please?

Are you using the Installation Guide? This is essential now that you've encountered these problems...

Have you carried out the Windows 10 Home recommendations in the Guide? Windows 10 Home requires additional permissions granted to play a 32-bit game

What drive and file path are you installing the game to?

So... After you're reinstalling your system - you have to reinstall the directx 9c and Visual C++ Redistributable Packages again!!

There are several other downloads you'll need, including the XNA Framework, which is also covered in the Installation Guide

Your best option at this time is to download the Guide, totally uninstall your game, get rid of every last trace of it in your registry, then reinstall the game following the Guide, quite literally, to the letter

It takes a long time to do this, as it's an old game framework running on a new and constantly changing operating system, but if you follow the Guide you'll get there in the end...

One last thing - Do not skip any steps in the Guide, and check at the end of each numbered section that you've done it properly. If, at any time, something goes wrong - that's the point at which you need to contact this forum. But persevering, and keeping on adding new things on top, hoping it will work, will make it much more difficult to pinpoint what to do next 

So take it one step at a time, check each stage before moving on to the next, and let us know at which numbered stage something doesn't work, so we can find out what went wrong
