Got to Bes in the garbage he wants my help, yep ok..
  'There coming, there coming' ok get to other side to send them on there
  way, er good grief there invisible , there's the marker for there leader but
  I cannot see him, the marker moves next to the copter still invisible,
  any ideas how to make them appear, I am running on 13 plus patches. nk

Strange, that doesn't sound like the usual no-spawning issue. The Bes mission is a bit early in the game for invisibility outfits, but could he be wearing one? Is he shooting at you? If you can see his muzzle flash, you might be able to pinpoint him and shoot back or grenade him. My only other suggestion would be to reload from before taking the mission and try again.

Hi, alas no there's now't there, I tried reloading from cordon and restarting the game, but nothing,
Bes responds to the apparent bandit attack but nothing happens, just the leaders marker moving
never encountered any thing like that before, looks like a total reinstall an try again, all that work
with the win10 and the read-only work, aarrrgggghhhhhh....

I don't know if this will work, but there is an info portion called  gar_bandit_leader_dead. There is also one for gar_bandits_killed. Might be worth a try...

Nothing ventured etc , I moved on to the shed next door to help them and there are plenty of bandits
in there, but I will try that and see, if I remember rightly there were supposed to be some stalkers
at the back were the bandits 'were' mostly dead though, but they were not there ether, any way I will
try your idea and let you know what happens, thanks

Thanks Hipster Doofus, I must have missed the announcement. I have now updated to 110014. Fortunately I haven't gone far in my current playthrough, so I guess it is (dum! dum! dum!) New Game Time! bounce (Fingers crossed...)

Might be safer to hold off for a while. Is anyone playing 110014 yet? It may just be my game, but after upgrading I can't teleport anywhere without the game crashing. Happens with a brand new game on drinking Doc's medicine, and with my old saves using any teleport.

Ouch, thats a bad one, the Nil Value CTD's always corrupted my quicksave and autosave gamesaves when I played 110013, might be the same on 110014 too

I don't understand enough about LUA errors to know what the problem is, but I commented out this section and I can now teleport. I have reported it in case it isn't just me!

Please edit this code in the row 190:
set_ALD_weapons(amk.load_variable("tb3d_ald_weapons", 0))
to the:
amk_mod.set_ALD_weapons(amk.load_variable("tb3d_ald_weapons", 0))
This fix will also be included in new MicroPatch(gamedata.dbv1) file.
