I need help with Cyclops' riddle

Hello, I got a mission to find medicine. Cyclops gave me this riddle:

I see buildings
In them are soldiers
They drink vodka and smoke
Protecting entrance to the zone
In those buildings you will find
Much goods you will collect

(I translated it from Serbian)

My first though was in Cordon Southern Military checkpoint but it's not proven to be correct. No soldiers are there and no stuff too.

So you're correct in your assumption, but you may need to go away from there, and come back later

Or maybe go there again using a previous save...

Nope , i reloaded and couple of soldiers spawned but some 2 stalekrs in exo killed them all. And no medicine in outpost. Can I somehow spawn it using spawn menu or?

Are you sure you are looking in the right place? They should be upstairs in the gate tower on the right.

It they aren't there, the items you need can be spawned in using the ESC+S menu:

If you have the correct items you should get a prompt to "Deliver the medicine to Gynecologist".

Yeah I checked everywhere and nope, and thanks I guess I have to spawn them

EDIT: Ok I need help again with Cyclops, something about Ultra detector, I can't translate it correctly so I will tell this way. He says something about hidden backpack and mentions blind creatures behind hills and radioactive crowds. Also mentions some roots behind pale giant.....

Cyclops vision here is:

'A backpack is hidden carefully
In the roots of a withered giant
Where the blind scurry between two hills
One created by nature, the other by man
Near the bleak and unruly valley
And this place already bears witness to your presence there...'

As a matter of interest, why do you need to translate? This sounds like an old translation

Why not use the English text files, which will be much more up to date?

I guess I will use English from now on, also do you know where is that place?

The clues are meant to be cryptic, but they can be confusing - especially if English isn't your first language. Hopefully this will help...
