Fang missing after Warlab...

So
I've finishes arhara quests
I've done the missing scientists
I've finished all war lab and now I'm trying to give back the ring buy I have to talk to fang
Hes not at AW farm house
He's nowhere that I can find at bar, all the campfires have randos next to them.
Have I missed a trigger,  is this a glitch, can someone help me please!!!

After you talk to him in AW, Fang should move to the bar campfire just outside Arnie's room. If he isn't there, he may still be on his way - although I have never known him to take that long. I don't think there is a trigger other than completing the final Warlab fight and then (possibly) talking to Demobee and Panther before you leave.

Do you need to talk to merc boss?
I just kill him out right after talking to panther

I always talk to the Merc boss, but I don't know if not doing so would affect the mission. I have always assumed that he has to attack you before Panther and her bodyguards would help you. Did they join in on your side, and were you able to talk to Panther and Demobee after the fight? If not, it might be worth playing it through again from when you gave Demobee his trophy.

Another thing you could try is checking the Contacts list in your diary to see if Fang is nearby. It is possible that he is stuck somewhere en route to the camp fire.
