Surround sound in STALKERSOUP

Hi all,
So I have a 5.1 surround sound system and was looking in all the config files of SS to see whether there was a way to enable surround sound but no luck. Then, after some research into the original STALKER series, I came upon a wonderful, easy fix to get 5.1 surround:
1: Go to [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]
2: Download the OpenALsoft.zip file under the Assets heading (you may have to click on the word assets to expand it).
3: Unzio the file wherever you may have saved it and copy the OpenAL32.dll file ONLY from the Win32 folder (DO NOT USE ANYTHING FROM THE Win64 folder!) and paste in into either the bin or bin_DX11 or bin_DX11_extended folder, depending on which you use, after renaming or backing up the OpenAL32.dll already in there.
6: To check that it is in fact in use, launch STALKERSOUP and press the `key (tilde, to the left of the 1/! key) key to open the console and use page-up to scroll up in the console history. look for "OPENAL SOFT, SPEC VERSION 1.1 (DEFAULT)". if you see this, the .dll is loaded correctly and the fix should work.
