Lightning Quests - Black Sea don't want to follow MO

Hi all irradiated Stalkers,

On my way in an unknown part of the game (I never reach this far before)

I was asked to take photo of the brain in X16 and the special Controller in the Exit tunel.

When Mapple give the task, I should normally take the "Isomorphic cactus" to get protected from zombies but no isomorphic cactus around Mapple.

Then I spawned it using ESC-S.

When I exit in Yantar and run to Back Sea, I killed all the creature around the Factory but Black Sea doesn't want to follow MO to the Stalker Camp near' the bus.

How to complete this quest ?

For more information, in one of my testing, I receive the "Extract Black Sea safely done !" and the mission disappears from my task list but I was still in the FActory near the place where I found Black Sea. 
The problem is : the remaining dialog with Black Sea don't occurs !

Any help appreciated

EDIT: 

OGM, By the way Black Sea zombie stay the place where you found him.
Another Black Sea is runing to the Stalker camp that's why I got the "Extract Black Sea safely done"
