From memory I think it is [Left Shift]+[E]. (Unfortunately I can't test it as I have Left Shift bound to something else.)

Thank you pchester for your suggestion but it does not work for me either......and I do not have any keys bound. It's been a while since I replayed and what was second nature is now forgotten

It is possible that 'body-dragging' wasn't implemented in the Shadow of Chernobyl game engine and so (I assume) wouldn't be available in any mods based on that game. I am pretty sure I have seen other mods use [L-Shift]+ ['Use' key], but they might have been based on the later Call of Pripyat engine.
If anyone here has used dragging successfully in StalkerSoup, please let us know.

Like I said its been a while since last playing through but now I'm remembering it was probably the gravity gun that I used for moving bodies........

Update. Unintentionally I 'stumbled' over the solution. Pressing Crouch (Ctrl) and Low Crouch (Shift) over a body followed by Examine (F) fixes you to bodies and allows you to drag them. Pressing F again disengages.

I'm afraid that this doesn't work for me, although it'd be really useful if it did!
I see that you used the word 'Examine' whereas the current game should display 'Search corpse', so I'm wondering if you're playing a different version
Anyone who finally resolves this issue, though, will definitely get a credit in the Installation Guide
