Stuck in Agroprom, did not receive Lightning SMS to start Lightning Quest

Hi all irradiated Stalkers,

I'm stuck in Agroprom starting Lightning part of the game.

I meet all the Stalker Clan's Leaders and Fly return to her grandfather using one of the helicopter. Then I talk to Fang and use the teleport bubble. I arrive on the top of the chimney then jump on the other teleport bubble and arrive on the guard tower near the train tunel.

Then I wait for the "Unexpected SMS" from lightning that do not arrive.

Is there any workaround for this situation ? Any Info_Portion to trigger the "Unexpected SMS" from Lightning ?

Any help appreciated.

Hi PapyStalker.
Unfortunately this is another bug introduced in the 0019.5 patch. The workaround is to spawn info portion podval_sarkofag_nayti, which starts the task to find Lightning. The task description includes a photo of her location. When I got there, she appeared and I was able to talk to her and continue playing. (NB: doing this you will miss several SMS messages and a confrontation with Associate, but they aren't vital. You can read them in the walkthrough.)

Note: The teleport blocker will probably still be blocking the way to the O-Consciousness area, so you may need your jumping skills again. Alternatively you could use ESC+F2 to npp2control, which drops you outside the O-C room. There may be enemies waiting for you there, so be prepared - or turn on God mode temporarily.

Ok the Info_Portion Podval_Sarkofag_Nayti start the mission "Find Lightning" but what about the SMS from Lightning about the Bug in my PDA and the "Associate" confrontation ?
If I continue from this point "Find Lightning" but still in Agroprom waiting for SMS and don't repair my PDA, are you sure that I will not kill all the game progress ?

I have completed the game after using this workaround. MO's PDA seems to work correctly afterward, so I assume that fixing it is just one of the steps on the way to getting the Find Lightning task. The info portion bypasses this dialogue and apparently assumes that the fix has been done.

EDIT: I returned to the Bar before using the info portion. It might be safer to do the same. In my experience it pays to stay as close to the story as possible - although I haven't seen anything to suggest that you have to be in the Bar for this one to work. SECOND EDIT: I tried calling the info portion from Agroprom and it still worked.

The first time I used the info portion it disabled Strelok's Teleporter. The Monolith Teleporters still worked, but I had to reload the previous save and try again.
