Of course, I appreciate all the work that has been put into SS, and I've stated that many times before. But let me throw a wet blanket. In my opinion, the emphasis should have been on producing a "rock solid" level 0, at least as stable as a commercial game. And then work on the new levels. After taking a break from SS for over a year, it is still a mess. The only way I could get from X18 to Dark Valley was by cheating. This is unacceptable. But no problem. Almost every map change gives me a CTD. I don't understand why people are even concerned about dialogue and bullet ballistics when the game is still so buggy at introductory stages.

Just supposing TB had the same number of programmers as the commercial game com
have, all the minor niggles might get ironed out toot sweet, but as SS is a combination of
multiple games and trying to fit them all together is very complex, I have played all the
other versions of SoC and the mods its easy to see why there are problems, they can be
annoying but as there are the 'cheat spawning' most can be over come, especially with
help of other gamer's who have over come most, so I am happy to let sleeping dogs lie,
how much are those commercial games by the way.

Spawning dtto in 30-40 % of stuff + quests.
