PostSubject: Difficulty finding hiding place in X-10   Sat 2 Jun 2018 - 12:29

I'm at the task:
Hiding place in laboratory X-10. Security doors will require a code. Guidance notes on codes are always locked away safely inside the laboratory. One door has a seven digit code made up of the numbers 2, 7, 9, 54, 61. You'll just need to figure out in which order they've been applied....

When i go to X-10, portals keep swiping me through all the lab.
The only doors i know only have single digits so what to do with 54 and 61 or does it have to be: 2, 7, 9, 5, 4, 6, 1? That would take a lot of time.
I doen't seem to be able to find a video on the Internet to help me out.

Thanks in advance.

Found it. Seems the codes had nothing to do with the stash and they are indeed single digits. A bit confusing.

I'm not sure what you mean here. Kostya's stash is behind the door that you open with the code, and the double-digits are part of the code. However, AFAIK if you find the correct sequence by trial-and-error, you find some goodies but the stash itself doesn't spawn.

To get the stash you have to complete the 'teleport maze', which begins as you approach the end chamber. The backpack at the end of the maze contains a clue to the correct order of the numbers, and finding that causes Kostya's stash to appear.
