I've seen little mention of this suit (Tirex' suit).  Adrenalin sold it to me fairly early in the game.  I don't like Exoskeletons due to the reduced field of vision and the visor cracking that happens all too easily (IMHO) because I have a right-eye cataract that can severely limit my field of view in-game.

Notice not only the protections but the load carrying capacity of the suit (I can't seem to find any embed code in Gdrive, Imgur or Photobucket):

True. Tirex' specially modified suit is easily missed in the game, because it deliberately looks too ordinary...

Having said that, I didn't buy a 1920 x 1280 @ 120Hz monitor to play my favourite game with half the picture missing...

So if, while in the game, you hit 'Esc' to display the game's Advanced Menu, you can disable the Active HUD, and see the entire screen Smile

Hmmm,

I stopped just short of ending LeHavre so I could head to the Swamps to tidy up unfinished tasks.  On entering Cordon, my Tirex suit has suddenly changed from a 190kg max capacity to 140 kg.

Does anyone know if this is normal or a bug?  If a bug, how may I edit the suit parameter back to the 190kg max?  As is, I now have a max of 100kg without the Tirex suit and 140 with.

Huh?

ETA:  The suit is in 100% repair and has never been allowed to drop below about 80% repair.  In Garbage, before transition to Cordon, the max weight was 190kg.

I've just tried Tirex's suit, and I have 190kg of carry weight. That's 150kg unclad carrying weight, plus 40kg extra with the suit

It looks as if somehow your personal carry weight has dropped. Any idea why? Are you low on energy? scratch

Energy (assume you mean the red "heart" bar) is at 100%.

I just remembered that xr 3D crashed to desktop during the transition from Garbage to Cordon. I'll load an earlier save and see what happens. Will report success/failure but suspect success.

140 kg is my "new" max with Tirex' suit, even loading the save closest to the time I bought it.

I'll try a new game to re-create the ALL.SAVE next.

A new ALL.SAV did not help.

I then remembered that I noticed that game difficulty was at "Normal," so changed it to "Hardcore" in the launcher just before changing level from Garbage to Cordon..

I changed it back to "Normal" and voila!, my unclad max weight went from 100kg to 150kg and the Tirex suit changed max weight to 190kg.

I don't remember changing difficulty from "Hardcore" to "Normal" but my guess is that the change happened sometime before I bought the suit..

Thanks, Sword!
