The YouTube videos for StalkerSoup I have found helpful are by:  OcedMyToaster who gave some useful tips on early game play.
The longest collection afaik are those of Grimwald's Gaming which iirc stop at 337 for Level 0, and Grimwald also videoed Collector. His version for both is 990034, though as the main storyline in Level 0 is still relevant to the storyline today, and is delivered in pleasant and always helpful and instructive manner, I recommend it for those starting and for dipping back into as a source of reference.
I have also found Sahafiec's Level 1 videos very useful. With these Sahafiec, produces locations of stages in the three areas of Collector, ZEP and Gold Bars.
It will be interesting to see if Levels 2, 3, & 4 are also covered in due course.
There are other videos on YouTube and worth exploring.

I am working my way through his videos for the second time and am at about 146. As I watch each video, I place it in a YouTube playlist, so when complete I can use them to check the basic storyline, by including with the videos' playlist titles a hint of any useful event in them.

Grimwals videos worked well enough for me, but they dont start from the begining of the game.
Most of the previous missions should be self explanitory theough, and easy to navigate.
His complete video walkthrough is here..

OC's video are also here, They do start from the begining.

And once again, Grimwald also has a collection of videos related to the level 1 collector game.
